We offer 1-2 working days delivery Mon-Fri, delivered by our trusted couriers. If you would wish the item to be delivered on a specific date please specify and we will do our upmost to ensure the living gift arrives on this date. A refund of the delivery charge will not be refunded if the plant is not delivered on the date specified. We deliver anywhere in the UK for a flat rate depending on the size of the parcel.

Returns
We aim to send you the best quality plants picked fresh every day from our growing nursery. All plants are checked by the nursery team then futher checked when the plant goes to be styled by the styling team.
We do our best to package and protect our plants in transit, sometimes things can get damaged on the way however. Please be aware that plants in transit can suffer the odd broken branch, bud or flower this can be without lasting detriment and will not affect the health of the plant.
However if you are not happy with the goods upon receipt, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your goods with your order number by phoning 0141 286 1655 or by email info@carbethplants.co.uk
